The 3E error code indicates a motor-related issue in the washing machine.
It may be caused by overload, connection issues, or internal faults.

What causes the Motor Driving Error (3E)?

  • The motor may be overloaded due to too much laundry (non-sensing)
  • The motor hall sensor terminal may not be connected
  • PBA fault
  • Foreign material (such as a screw) has entered the motor
  • The PBC housing terminal is not connected

And for the error code (3E) that appears on the washing machine has 2 ways to solve it:

1. Switch off the appliance at the mains, wait 30 seconds, then switch it back on and start a new program

2. If the problem persists, contact the customer support team for assistance

Notes:

This error often appears when the drum is overloaded or after internal connection issues inside the motor system
If it keeps happening, it may require technical inspection to prevent further motor damage
