Voice is low during a call on Galaxy S21 Series

If the receiver is not properly positioned in the ear during a call and is hidden in the earflap or cheek, you may feel the call volume sounds small. It’s recommended to position the receiver so that it is a exactly in the center of the ear. If you still hear a small volume regardless of the location of the ear, make sure that there is no foreign matter in the receiver hole, and visit the Samsung service center with device for a check.
