How to start Remote Management for Smartphone?

1. Download the "Smart Tutor" from Samsung GALAXY Store (or Play Store) and install on your Android device.

2. Call 3698 4698 SAMSUNG Contact Center. Open "Smart Tutor", select "Location" and agree the "Terms and Conditions".

3. Enter the 6 digits Pin# given by a tech expert.

4. Once connected, a tech expert will diagnose your mobile.

5. If you want to terminate the remote service, please tap "Disconnect" menu.
