If your device is unresponsive, force reboot your device with just one simple step.

Step 1: Press and hold the power button and volume down button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds

Step 2: Your device will reboot

Note: Ensure your device is sufficiently charged before performing force reboot

To prevent your device from being unresponsive, please follow the given steps.

1.1 Go to Settings

1.2 Tap Battery and device care

1.3 Tap Storage

1.4 You can check the internal storage use here

Note: Maintain at least 20% free storage space in your device

2.1 Go to Settings

2.2 Tap Battery and device care

2.3 Tap Optimize now

2.4 Optimization in progress

2.5 Tap Done

Using "Samsung Music" as an example:

3.1 Long press the app

3.2 Tap Uninstall

3.3 Tap OK

4.1 Go to Settings

4.2 Tap Software update

4.3 Tap Download and install

4.4 Tap Download

4.5 Tap Install now

4.6 Software will be updated

5.1 Go to Settings

5.2 Tap General management

5.3 Tap Reset

5.4 Tap Factory data reset

5.5 Tap Reset

5.6 Tap Delete all

Note: Take a backup of your phone's data and remove google account
