My Bluetooth mouse responds slowly while I am using it

This problem occurs because of a compatibility issue between the Intel platform and some features of the operating system (different methods of awakening devices from sleep mode).

Note: The same problem occurs with other companies’ products.

You can solve this problem as follows:

1 Right-click the [Start] button on the taskbar, then find and open [Device Manager].
2 In Device Manager, click [System devices].
3 Find and double-click [Thunderbolt(TM) controller].
4 When the [Properties] window opens, in the [Power Management] tab, uncheck [Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power], then click the [OK] button.
