Do you offer delivery service?
Samsung Online Shop partners with professional logistics providers to offer free delivery (excluding designated remote areas*), as well as in‑store pickup at Samsung Experience Stores or collection from SF of TV and home appliance orders, our logistics team will contact you one SF Express Pickup Points.
All products can be delivered to Hong Kong or Macau, excluding P.O. boxes, restricted areas, logistics warehouses, and transshipment warehouse.
Hong Kong City include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, remote areas*, and designed remote island areas#.
If your order contains both mobile products and home appliances/TVs, they will be delivered separately. To ensure smooth delivery day in advance and will only arrange delivery after confirming the date with you.
Delivery and installation services are available Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; no service is provided on Sundays or public holidays.
Please note that delivery services to remote island resser, and related accessories.
If Macau order contains both mobile products and any of the above appliances or accessories, the order will be cancelled. Our customer service team will contact you to assist with placing a new order.
*Remote areas include Tung Chung and Discovery Bay.
#Remote island areas include Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Tung Ping Chau, Tap Mun, and Po Toi Island.
