Can I change the delivery/installation schedule?

If you need to modify any order, the products will be delivered according to the delivery date or time slot originally selected by the customer.
Please notify us at least two (2) working days prior to the scheduled delivery date (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once the parcel has been dispatched, the delivery destination cannot be changed.

In such cases, please promptly contact our Customer Service Team ☎ 3698 4633 (Hong Kong) or 0800 333 (Macau) to check the logistics status.
Service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.
